Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask – Review

Hi there beauties,

How you doing?

I’m all good and well . So, the Easter weekend is upon us people. I always get excited for long weekends but anyways, we’ll discuss Easter weekend in a different post…

Yesterday, after many, many weeks I have decided to pamper my skin using the ‘Garnier SkinActive Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask’. I have purchased this mask in December 2017 already. This was included in my Beauty and Accessories Haul, so this post is long overdue.

Let’s get to the review and start with the instructions – How to apply the mask?

  1. Unfold mask. Apply white tissue to cleansed skin. The blue protective film must face outwards. Smooth the mask gentle to ensure contact with the skin.
  2. Remove the protective film.
  3. Adjust the mask on the face. And leave on for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the mask gentle from the edges. Gently massage in any excess serum, or remove it with a cotton pad.

I had no problem applying the mask. It felt cold and wet against my face but in a good way. I left it on for 15 minutes as instructed. And instead of removing the excess serum, I massaged it in gently.

I am truly impressed with this mask. My skin felt and looked moisturized and it had a radiant glow. There was no irritating or itchy feeling. I’m definitely purchasing this mask again. It is affordable (R54.95) and available at various retailers.

Have you tried sheet masks before? If not, I recommend that you try the Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask. This mask is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

Till next time.

    1. I think you should try it. It is suitable for all skin types.
You can also try the ‘Super Hydrating Rebalancing Mask For Normal To Combination Skin’ it’s from the same Garnier range. This one helps to mattify the skin, but it’s not suitable for sensitive skin types.

  1. I’m a big fan of sheet masks, and I think these ones are good with lots of serum. Actually there’s one in the Spring giveaway that I’m running at the moment on my Unseen Beauty blog – just mentioned in case that’s something that would interest you?
